We had a great experience with the installation of our new furnace. John was on time courteous and very knowledgeable. He went over and above what we expected and we will definitely use Future Aire again.

Future Aire not only listened to our needs for a unit but also to our special needs with our installation. They installed the unit in a small closet of our 1920’s house without a complaint. Not only was it installed with all specifications we asked for but it was also done neatly. Though it wasn’t a traditional install they still made sure that everything was retro-fitted” inside and outside of the house and that it looked nice. They even came back the following week to adjust something outside that wasn’t “dry” and still made other improvements to the aesthetics of their work from the week before. We noticed! Guy understood that we cared just as much about how the product met our needs as how it would look to us our guests and potential future buyers. This installation exceeded our expectations and we will be referring the team to our friends and family in the future. Thank you!”

I just wanted to take a minute to send you a note and tell you what a great job your team did with our new furnace and air conditioner system install this past Monday. They were professional & courteous in every aspect. Mike walked me through the process how long he expected the work to take and when they were finished he walked me through the entire system and even how the rebate’s would be processed. The way they installed the units is much more efficient for space and looks better than the original. When the team was finished you couldn’t even tell that they had been there as there wasn’t a speck of material or a trace of anything left behind. The whole house (upstairs and downstairs) is so much more comfortable as the new A/C unit keeps everything at an even temperature. We have air blowing into rooms that barely had a trickle before! Again please pass on our thanks to your entire team for a job well done. The pride and knowledge in their craftsmanship was very apparent and they represented themselves and your company well.

I was replacing my HVAC system. Going through a lengthy bid process I was at an impasse not really comfortable with any one bid. Future Aire was out of my area and not really on me radar until I received one of his mailers. Carrier was a system that peaked my interest. After talking to John and receiving his bid I knew this was the one. The pricing was in line his informative walk through the installation the employees everything was informal and easy. Procrastination paid off for me this time getting me what I had been looking for. Thanks again!

Future Aire repaired my a/c system today and I could not be more pleased. John was prompt in coming out and found my problem immediately explained my options and fixed the problem. As my system is 16 years old I got a proposal for a complete new Carrier system. I plan to follow up and have them replace my heating/cooling system with a new high efficiency system promptly. Upon getting a second quote I am very confident with Future Ailres quote and their service of my heat/ac unit over the past many years. This company is totally current with service knowledge and the most up to date knowledge of the Carrier systems they install.

Future Aire came over to our home yesterday and gave me a quote on anew heating and cooling system i will get a $1000.00 rebate from carrier a$1500.00 tax credit plus up to $150.00 from laclede gas. today i had my new system installed they were on time and did a great job thank you for doing exactly what you promised. We just today had our new Carrier furnace and A/C installed in our 24 year old home in Wildwood. A neighbor had used Future Aire and recommended them so highly that we were inspired to use them also. John came out to give us an estimate and spent as much time as we needed to fully understand the products and the choices we had. We chose to install a 95% efficiency Carrier furnace a Carrier A/C as well as an air purifier and a humidifier. We received our written estimate 2 days later with everything carefully explained. Within 2 weeks we now have our new units. The installers were courteous prompt knowledgeable about their products and worked in a timely fashion like a well-oiled machine. The old equipment was out and the new in within 7 hours. Before they left they made sure we understood our product information and gave us a tour” of the basics of our furnace purifier and humidifier. We are very impressed with John and his company and highly recommend them now too..”

Future Aire recently install two new high efficiency Infinity Series Carrier AC and furnace units in my home to replace the older less efficient units. Throughout the process John and his staff were professional courteous and informative form bidding to the installation. They completed the installation on schedule and within the budget that was proposed. His technicians. (Mike and Rich) were also very thorough in explaining the controls and operation of the new Infinity WIFI thermostats. I would be glad to recommend their services to my neighbors

I could not be more satisfied with a company than what I am with Future Aire. The service and installation was outstanding in every step of the process.

I recently had Chris from Future Aire out to my home to service my broken A/C. He gave me the good news. bad news options for me to weigh. I chose to replace the whole system even though the old one was not quite at the end of its life expectancy. I almost regretted making that decision due to the cost of the new system however john was able to get it installed before the rebates expired. Which saved me around $1200.00 and after enjoying the new features and the added efficiency I have no regrets and would do it again. I have not taken full advantage of all the features yet but I do get email notifications anytime someone at home messes with the settings on the thermostat. I have been trusting Future Aire for my HVAC needs for years and the rest of my family too. We know we are going to get a straight answer and be treated fairly.

Future Aire installed our new system but before they did John came out to our home and reviewed the current system and home. I highly appreciate the time John spent with us listening to our families needs and concerns he put together four separate solutions for our home. We selected the best solution the infinity system with the optional air purifier and humidifier. Our 2 cd floor has always been very warm and uncomfortable the air flow has now been improved throughout the entire home. Now we can have a good night’s sleep I will say I am highly surprised on how quiet the system is. The installers were very knowledgeable professional and cleaned up after the installation.
