Everything about this Service Call was far above any expectations I might have had going in. I've dealt with other companies who clearly did not have my best interest in mind. While it's certainly, refreshing it's also the foundation for our community here in Eureka!! Call Future Aire and be happy.

Future Aire was able to provide service very next day within 24 hours whereas others were booked for 3 days ahead. Jason was able to make it earlier than scheduled time and fixed the unit quickly. Saved my day . Highly recommend

I was told when the service tech would show up. He called us 20 minutes before the appointment that he was on the way. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He found the problem, explained the price, and showed me how to use the thermostat. He fixed the problem, and we are cool again!

We have used Future Aire for 10 years. New Carrier Heat Pump was put in and no problems until my coil went out....it thankfully was within warranty .. but only by a couple months. I have had it serviced 2x a year since purchase. The service people are very nice and helpful

Jason, with Future Aire, was very helpful and patient with me as we reviewed the Eco Thermostat which never seems to keep the temperature where I need it. Part of the problem was "user malfunction" (per my own admission). I will try to be more understanding of this modern thermostat.

We have had great success with Future Aire. Total satisfaction from the time we received a quote for the replacement of our furnace/air conditioner a few years ago. They did a fantastic job when they did the installation. Jonathon is a fantastic young man. He comes twice a year and services our furnace/air conditioner. He is respectful, punctual and very informative. We would certainly use this company in the future.
