Jason Walker was awesome…showed up early, fixed everything quickly, and was very friendly as well.

Wanted basic maintenance to ensure system ready for winter. Give good advice about replacing humidifier without pressure from tech. Very knowledgeable and professional.

I called Monday night at 7:30 and someone actually answered the phone and set up an appointment for possibly Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday. They called Tuesday early and advised could not make it out Tuesday but for sure could help on Wednesday at 10:00 am. Future Aire sent a gentleman named Jason Burks over and he arrived ahead of time at about 9:30. I ‘m 71 and I can’t recall ever dealing with a more friendlier or competent ( near genius level) service tech. Great service and and an enjoyable morning. Who would have thought an HVAC repair job could be so pleasant. I would point out Jason fixed most of the issues and diagnosed others in about 1.5 hours. Another tech from a major company had spent 3.5 hours the week before and left without fixing or diagnosing anything. Thank you Jason!

I am very pleased with the furnace and air conditioner systems they recommended and installed about 14 years ago. Chris was the installer and, for the majority of these years, has been the person performing the annual furnace and AC check/clean. He has ALWAYS been on time, is very friendly, and knows the equipment inside and out. It's always a pleasure to see him. He is an essential asset for Future Aire and they are lucky to have him as an employee.
