Jason was super today checking out our AC for the summer. Competent, friendly and timely. We had Future Aire install a new furnace and air condition units a couple of years ago. They were outstanding. Since then we have our systems checked biannually. Aaron was our technician today and he was great. Courteous, competent and service oriented. I highly recommend Future Aire and their staff including Jason.

Future Aire proves to be a company you can trust once again! My wife & I have used them for years, and they’ve always done a great job. This time, they installed my furnace about 3 months ago, and they definitely beat the competition on price without sacrificing the level of service, as usual. We recently went to use our A/C, and it wasn’t working. With them installing the furnace earlier this year, they showed a sense of urgency to get to us as soon as they could which was greatly appreciated. Jason Walker was awesome when he came to diagnose the issue. I know it was tricky because my townhome is in a building that’s 50+ years old, so I’m sure the wiring was a mess. He was able to get to the bottom of it to get our A/C going again, and he didn’t charge me a penny with them having just been here for the furnace. Customer service just isn’t what it used to be, so it was very refreshing to be treated the way we were by Jason & Future Aire. I won’t use anyone else for any of my HVAC needs!

Jason was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, respectful of my home and patient with my questions. As always and after all these years of doing business, I am still very pleased with Future Aire, Inc. They never fail to deliver quality service.

I called for service on my heat pump system and was immediatley offered time and date choices to fit my schedule. The technician called before leaving for my appointment to let me know he was on the way. He showed up at exactly the time agreed upon and was very pleasant to have servicing my equipment. He found a problem, which was discussed upon his arrival, and explained the issue, cause and affect. Great service! I highly recommend them!

The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived about an hour after I called, thoroughly explained the issue and made the necessary repair.

Future Aire is such a wonderful company. They have always taken care of all my needs during the past floods and sewage backups. Would never call anyone else for my heating and air conditioning needs at my home and business in Eureka.

Future Aire installed a furnace for me this past week and an air conditioner over the summer. They do the best work, very reasonable and run on time. I called on a Friday evening and they were out bright and early Saturday morning for a service call. I would recommend them to anyone for service. Their pricing is great. Give them a call for service or a large job. John and his team are the best.
